LimiaData processes personal data to respond to messages, prepare proposals, perform services, manage client relationships, send invoices, maintain administration and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on legitimate interest, performance of an agreement, pre-contractual steps and/or legal obligations.

This website is intended to be simple and does not require tracking cookies for basic use. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, this privacy statement will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested.
5. Sharing personal data
LimiaData does not sell personal data. Data is only shared when necessary for service delivery, administration, IT/hosting, professional advice or legal obligations. Where required, LimiaData will make appropriate agreements with service providers.

Personal data is kept no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required. Administration and invoice data may be retained for the legally required tax retention period.
